"Come From Away" tells the true story of thousands of stranded airline passengers who found unexpected kindness in the small Newfoundland town of Gander, Canada, in the days following 9/11. With an infectious folk-rock score and a small, hardworking ensemble cast playing dozens of roles between them, the musical unfolds in one continuous act, turning an extraordinary act of collective grace into an evening of pure theatrical joy — funny, moving, and ultimately a celebration of what people are capable of when the world falls apart.
